While jogging and walking are good exercise for some people, a lot of people think they’re boring. But this week I got a chance to sit down with Alex Duffy and he likes a different form of exercise. Frisbee golf.

And coming up in April Alex and his frisbee friends are hosting a free frisbee golf clinic so you can learn the basics of this game.

The clinic is April 21st, 2018 at noon and everybody can come. All you need is a good pair of shoes.
